Are you sure you are overweight?
Being overweight is generally defined as exceeding the recommended weight for one's height and build. Excessive body weight though, is not as much of a problem as excessive body fat. Weight loss and weight management is the most easily understood principle of health. To sound practical, all that is necessary is to make sure the calories consumed are fewer than the calories spent on exercise and daily activities. Weight management and safe weight loss for a lifetime is far more complicated. Regaining lost weight does not simply reflect a lack of willpower, it is a common problem for many people, and many feel discouraged and develop a low self esteem as a result.

GO visit your medical practitioner or doctor armed with the overall health guide results and measurements, discuss both and take any other necessary tests suggested
eg: blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, potassium (electrolytes) levels, so you can be monitored safely through your transformation. Critically, it is imperative to monitor your body processes from head to toe as you do not want to trade off the loss of weight with other health difficulties such as the loss of muscle and critical body fluids. You want lose weight safely and maintain good health for the rest of your life.
